For more than 10 years, the world of beer has opened to me. At first, it was while having a drink with friends. Then, while doing a tasting at a beer festival. And then, the idea of having a beer where it was made motived me to visit more and more breweries and taprooms. It is during the visits that my passion was confirmed.
And, as chance would have it, I was involved in beer permit files as part of my work as a lawyer, this experience and my passion for beer and business made it so that I would associate myself with Keegan and Mike to start this great project which is 4 Origins Brewing Company.
I hope that, as others have done for me, we will know how to feed your passion.
Blanche de Chambly. It’s one of the first beers I drank that was not a “Blonde”. Since then, my tastes have evolved, but I go back to it when I’m feeling nostalgic.
Favorite Beer Styles
I always like to try new things, but my go-tos are IPAs, Sours (especially, wilds) and Saisons.
I believe that we (and I include myself in this we) still have a lot to do to help in need and to support the homeless in Montreal. Therefore, I salute all the work done and the services provided by the Welcome Hall Mission and the Accueil Bonneau and hope to find good occasions to provide them with our support.
Difficult to say. I’d say I’m more of a TV guy than a movie guy. I find myself recommending TV shows to people all the time (and realizing I might have a binge-watching problem). That being said, one show I never get tired of is The Office (US version). There’s something for everyone in that show.
